Nice smell, but feels too thin

I love Borngood products. Their floor cleaner and detergents are excellent.

I am disappointed with the hand wash though.

I purchased both the fragrances available (arabian oudh and miami sundowner). The package in which the handwash arrives mentions two other scents, but strangely those are still not available. I have no idea why they advertise those at all then. My review is for the arabian oudh.

The kit contains an aluminium soap dispenser with plastic pump top. The dispenser is solid with no transparent window so it is hard to get an idea about where the current level stands, but this is ok. One can always make a guess by feeling the weight.

The problem for me is the consistency of the soap. The pump delivers a watery and foamy fluid which simply feels too thin and does not lather well unless you pump several times (they suggest 2-3 pumps), and even then it feels unsatisfyingly light. It is probably psychological and the cleaning action is just as efficient, but I prefer to work up a rich lather.

Finally, the fragrance. I just love Borngood's fragrances in all their items which are often understated and subtle. Not this one. It is rich and warm. However, my memory of oudh is more luxurious while this feels somewhat flippant. I am yet to try the miami sundowner, so can't comment on that.

Overall, an ok handwash - a bit less thin would have been better, in my (very subjective) opinion.
