Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hosur, TN. Products are shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. An invoice copy will be sent with the items and will also be sent to your email id.
You will get a docket number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the current status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link in the email sent to you or by visiting the courier party website and entering the docket number under "track shipment"
Orders once shipped usually take 5-7 working days to reach. Due to the pandemic we are all facing, there might be a delay to these numbers. This is mostly due to the lower availability of logistics executives at all courier companies.
Products will be delivered to the address you have given us and the customer or someone in the house will have to be present to sign for and accept the items.
If you receive the product in damaged condition, notify email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will send a replacement. Please remember to send us photos of the product in a damaged condition
